Q: How long
should a flag last?
A: Much of this
depends on the care and quality
put in by the manufacture as well
as the care you give the flag. How
long you allow the flag to fly
without attention, how the
location of the flag effects this
as well as the weather conditions.
Of course the largest factor
effecting longevity is you.
Nevertheless you can rest assured

A: Over 26 years.
Q: How do I
determine the correct size flag
A: The length of
your flag should be at least 1/4
the height of your flagpole. For
example, a 40' flagpole requires a
6' x10' flag or larger. This
guideline applies to flagpoles 20'
and larger. Most residential flags
are 3' x 5' or 4' x 6'. It is not
uncommon to see a factor of 1/3
