METHODS

    The Screen Print Process is used for spot color (up to 4 colors).

Screening ink is passed through a screen mesh one color at a time. The ink is laid on the surface of the substrate (cloth, vinyl, fabric), and is heat-cured for stability. All of our OUTDOOR flags are UV protected.

Note that traditional screen printing will not achieve photographic color. However, we can match any Pantone® color for an exact color match every time!

        Dye-sublimation is a printing technology which dyes polyester or nylon fabric by releasing heat activated gasses which bond with the fibers, resulting in a brilliant finish with photographic quality. It is also weather resistant and washer safe.

The end result is remarkable! Brilliant full-process color at 720 to 1400 dpi, from simple to highly complex designs, printed on several standard polyester, nylon, vinyl or other specialty fabrics.

STYLES

    1PLY: Also known as Single Reverse. 1 Piece of material with lettering and/or design appearing correctly on the flag or banner. The image on the back side, however, will appear in reverse (like looking into a mirror). This is the most cost effective and most popular print method.

    2PLY: Also known as Double Sided. 2 pieces of material printed correctly on each side and sewn together with an insert liner. The insert liner is an extra piece of material to prevent and transparency.

MATERIALS

     100% Wrap-Knitted Polyester. This is a heavy duty outdoor grade material. It is equivalent to traditional Nylon in terms of strength. This material is our most popular outdoor material. It is lightweight, yet extremely durable. The fabric is soft and shiny.

     100% Economy Woven Polyester. This is a thin polyester material which is perfect for indoor use. It is soft and beautiful and retains color for a precision print every time!

     100% Dupont® Nylon. This is a 200 denier heavy duty material. It is the same material we use for our U.S., State, and Country Flags. It is equal to the Wrap-Knitted Polyester in terms of strength and durability. It is thicker, heavier, and has a matte finish.

     100% Vinyl. This is an incredible 18oz. weight vinyl. We use this for all of our outdoor Vinyl Banners.
